Allison is a human resources business partner, responsible for partnering with business leaders for all of their HR and Talent needs. Prior to joining Onex, Allison was a staffing specialist at The Home Depot focused on recruiting for their retail stores across Canada. Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo, as well as the Certified Human Resources Professional designation.
