Ann currently serves as the senior HR Business Partner for OMERS U.S. business lines, including Infrastructure, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Oxford Properties Group. She joined OMERS in 1993. Ann previously led the HR function for Oxford Properties globally. Earlier in her career, Ann held progressively senior HR roles at Deloitte in Canada and the U.K. Ann received her BA from the University of Western Ontario. She is a Certified HR Leader. Ann sits on the Ontario Board of the Nature Conservancy of Canada, University of Toronto Press and the Brescia College Advancement Committee.
