Bio

Emilio joined the OMERS Infrastructure team in September 2018 as an Associate. As an Associate Director, he is currently involved in the origination, analysis and execution of potential infrastructure investment opportunities across Europe. He has been part of the deal team acquiring Deutsche Glasfaser and Inexio, the German leading fibre network operators, and has also been involved in the divestment of MapleCo, the UK leading smart metering business. He also supports the asset management team of CLH and SGN. Prior to joining OMERS Infrastructure, he worked in a number of M&A advisory roles in Greenhill & Co. and BBVA. He has more than four years of experience focused on advising both corporate and financial sponsors in the infrastructure and energy space in Europe and Latin America. Emilio graduated from CUNEF (Centro Universitario de Estudios Financieros) in 2015 and holds a Bilingual Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
