Bio

Blair joined OMERS Infrastructure in August 2018. As Director, Legal, Blair provides legal advice and support to the transaction teams regarding new investment opportunities and the management of existing assets throughout North America. Blair was previously at WebMD Health Corp., where she provided legal services and support on M&A activity and commercial issues related to WebMD’s health services and consumer website businesses. Prior to WebMD, Blair spent time in private practice in New York, where she focused on M&A transactions and private equity investments. Blair has a BCom (Honours) and a J.D. from Queen’s University. Blair is called to the bars in both New York and Ontario.
