Prior to joining Old Ironsides Energy in 2013, Mr. Estwanik spent four years with Liberty Energy Holdings including serving as an Investment Officer responsible for the evaluation and execution of new opportunities and managing active investments in the firm’s private equity and oil and gas working interest portfolios. Previously, Mr. Estwanik served as an Investment Associate at First Reserve Corporation and as an Analyst in the Natural Resources investment banking group at Banc of America Securities. Mr. Estwanik holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. Mr. Estwanik currently serves on the board of directors of several Old Ironsides portfolio companies. He is also a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and the Young Professionals in Energy.
