Ms. Picot is Head of France, Marketing and Client Relations, and is responsible for business development in the region. Ms. Picot joined Oaktree in 2020 from Credit Suisse in France, where she was a director on the Cross-Assets Team in charge of institutional, family offices and ultra-high net worth individuals. Prior thereto, Ms. Picot spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM), most recently as an executive director. She was responsible for institutional, intermediary clients and family offices in France, Monaco and Luxembourg. Ms. Picot founded WomenbankersLab, the Morgan Stanley women’s network to gather female executives in France. She received a Master in Management Programme in finance from the EDHEC Business School. Ms. Picot is a native French speaker and is fluent in Italian.
