Bio

Mr. Barron is a senior vice president in Oaktree’s Opportunities group in London. Mr. Barron joined the firm in 2014 from Rockpoint Group, where he focused on sourcing, evaluating and executing opportunistic real estate investments across the UK and Europe. Prior thereto, Mr. Barron was a vice president at ING Bank where he was involved in all aspects of real estate finance, principal lending and restructuring transactions. Mr. Barron began his career with J.P. Morgan Chase, first as an analyst in New York, and then as an associate in London, before moving to Hudson Advisors in Frankfurt. He received a B.A. degree from Boston College with a major in history and a minor in economics.
