Bio

Zoe joined Oakley in 2021 and has over 16 years of Human Resources experience. Zoe’s focus is to build and execute the HR strategy across Oakley. Prior to joining Oakley, Zoe was HR Director at Cinven. During her nearly 10-year career at Cinven, she was responsible for determining and delivering the HR strategy across all global locations. Prior to this, she spent five years as a HR generalist at Merrill Lynch in London and Geneva. Zoe is a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She holds an MA (Hons) in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a BA (Hons) in French and Management from Leeds University.
