Domenic Mancini obtained a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Concordia University as well as Bachelors of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from McGill University. Mr. Mancini is also a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA).Mr. Mancini has enjoyed a successful career, spanning more than three decades, in both senior operating and financial roles. He joined Novacap in 2005. Previously, Mr. Mancini was Senior Vice-President of Operations and General Manager for Transcontinental printing Inc. Prior to Transcontinental, Mr. Mancini held the dual roles of Chief Financial Officer and Vice-President of Operations in each of the following companies: CFCF Inc., Spartan Canada Inc., and Laidlaw Waste Systems Ltd. Mr. Mancini is a Chartered Accountant, and worked as a Senior Manager for Deloitte Haskens and Sells.Mr. Mancini is the Chairman of the Board of Nautilus Plus, Smyth, Hallcon Corporation, Mucci Farms, Joseph Ribkoff, Noble Foods and a board member of GTI.Mr. Mancini has also chaired "Private Equity Investing in Packaging Companies" and "Private Equity Investing in Food & Beverage Companies" at the Capital Round Table in New York.
