Are joined Norvestor in 2005 as Senior Associate. He has been involved in multiple investments within the IT, business services, energy & marine, retail, and automotive sectors, and has served as both board member and Chairman.Previously he was a management consultant with Accenture where he worked primarily on business development, corporate finance, cost improvement and organisational development projects in retail and supply chain management. Are held the role of CFO at Wema Group Holding AS during Norvestor’s ownership of the company in 2008/2009.
