Thomas participates in the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf’s private equity investments. Prior to joining Northleaf in 2019, Thomas was a Vice President at Adams Street Partners in New York, where he was involved in the evaluation and execution of private credit investments across capital structures and industries. Previously, Thomas was an Associate at Morgan Stanley in the Financial Sponsors Group. Thomas began his career at IBM in Strategic Outsourcing as a client solutions consultant. Thomas received a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from Middlebury College and a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
