Dominic participates in the origination, evaluation and monitoring of Northleaf's private equity investments. Prior to joining Northleaf in 2016, Dominic worked as both an investment banking associate and analyst at Paradigm Capital, where he focused on M&A transactions in a variety of sectors, including healthcare, mining, consumer products and industrials. Previously, he was an analyst in the Investments group at Granite REIT. Dominic received a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
