Debra participates in communications and marketing activities across Northleaf’s private markets platform. Prior to joining Northleaf in 2021, Debra worked at CIBC where she delivered strategic internal communications for enterprise-level change management initiatives. Previously, Debra was a Director at Scotiabank where she planned and executed executive and corporate communications for the global banking and markets and global wealth management teams. She also worked at Argyle Public Relationships, a communications consulting firm, providing strategic communications and media relations counsel for financial services firms. Debra began her career in media and investor relations. Debra received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen’s University.
