Bio

Brad participates in all aspects of Northleaf’s private equity investment activities, with a focus on origination, evaluation and monitoring. Prior to joining Northleaf in 2014, Brad was a Vice President with CommonWealth Fund Services, a hedge fund service provider, where he acted in a corporate strategic and operational role. Previously, he was a Senior Associate in the M&A Transaction Advisory Services group at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he provided M&A quantitative and qualitative diligence analysis for a variety of transactions, including a number of private equity investments. Brad received a Bachelor of Commerce (First Class Honours) from Queen’s University and holds the Chartered Professional Accountant designation.
