Darius joined Northill as a Partner and Chief Financial Officer in January 2012 having been actively involved with Northill since its inception in 2010 in his prior role as Finance Director for a number of the Bertarelli Family’s businesses including Kedge Capital. Darius joined the Kedge Group in February 2002 as Financial Controller before taking over as Finance Director in November 2003 where he was in charge of investment, financial and management accounting, and general finance. Prior to Kedge, Darius was manager of UK & Continental Power trade accounting at Enron Europe Ltd and held finance positions at ABN Amro, Bear Stearns, Credit Suisse and Barclays. Darius holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Portsmouth. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and also holds IoD Diploma in Company Direction.
