Cathy joined Northill in February 2012 as a Partner. She was previously a Human Resources Director at BNY Mellon heading up the HR function for the company’s EMEA asset servicing businesses – a remit covering more than 5,000 staff across multiple locations. Cathy joined BNY Mellon in 2003 in Australia where she led the HR function for the company’s HR and Pension consulting businesses. When this business was divested in 2004 she was asked to move to London to take up a more senior role. Cathy was previously Human Resources Business Partner at AMP Australia and from 1998-2002 she was HR manager for Southern Australian States for Computershare. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Business and a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Victoria University of Technology, Melbourne.
