Andy focuses on the healthcare sector. Mr. Kieffer has over 20 years of private investment and M&A experience and prior to NexPhase was a Partner at MCP. Previously, Mr. Kieffer was a part of the UBS Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group and prior to that at Leonard Green & Partners and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Mr. Kieffer graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, OmniSYS, WIN Holdings, Meduit and Clearway Pain Solutions Institute. He previously served on the board of directors of MidCap Financial and NMSC Holdings.
