Alec Guzov, Vice President, joined New Mountain in 2015. He previously worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2013 to 2015. He received his A.B., magna cum laude, in Economics from Harvard College in 2013 and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 2019.
