Eerik is a director of Harleysville, Pa.-based Pecora Corporation, a manufacturer of adhesives, sealants and waterproofing products. Eerik was also a director of Texas-based Computex Technology Solutions, a provider of IT solutions and managed services focused on hybrid IT environments and of Norcross, Ga. - based Technical Innovation, an audio-visual systems integrator, prior to its sale. Eerik was previously a vice president at Mellon Ventures, a $1.4 billion private equity firm affiliated with Mellon Financial Corporation. While at Mellon Ventures, Eerik focused on growth capital investments and buyouts in a variety of industries. Eerik served as a board member of numerous Mellon Ventures portfolio companies, including L.E. Technologies, Leeann Chin, Physicians Endoscopy and Security Services of America. Before joining Mellon Ventures, Eerik worked in investment banking at Legg Mason, where he focused on sell-side merger and acquisition transactions and private financings for lower middle-market and emerging growth companies, and at Merrill Lynch, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions primarily involving non-depository financial institutions. Eerik's previous experience also includes working within the managed care division of Mercy Health Corporation of Southeastern Pennsylvania, where he concentrated on strategic planning and medical cost analysis. Eerik graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in economics and a minor in business administration.
