Charles Cox is an Vice President at LongueVue Capital and is primarily engaged in performing financial modeling and transaction analysis; processing and executing transactions; and supporting all other investment activities of the firm. Prior to joining LVC, Mr. Cox was employed by Covey Capital Management, an equity long/short hedge fund in Atlanta, GA with over $75 million in capital under management. While at Covey, Mr. Cox sourced, analyzed and monitored investments in public equity securities across a wide variety of industries. Prior to Covey Capital, Mr. Cox worked as an Attorney for Atlanta-based law firm Allen, Kopet & Associates, where he specialized in insurance defense representing Fortune 500 companies. While there, Mr. Cox served as lead counsel for over 25 cases and co-counsel on over 50 cases involving contract disputes, employee relations and general liability issues. Mr. Cox earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia, where he was a Presidential Scholar and recipient of the Hope Scholarship, a JD from The Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
