Art has been a professional private equity investor in the energy services industry for approximately 20 years and has participated in over 100 energy services transactions with a combined value in excess of $1.5 billion. Prior to joining Longbow, Art spent seven years with a Canadian mid-market energy private equity investment firm and prior thereto Art was Vice President, Corporate Development with EnerMax Services Inc., a North American energy services fluid management company with revenues of over $300 million. At EnerMax, Art was responsible for executing the company’s M&A strategy, which included 20 acquisitions across Western Canada and the Northern United States. Prior to EnerMax, Art was a Vice President at SCF Partners, one of the largest energy-services private-equity firms in the world. During his seven years at SCF, Art led or participated in over 60 energy services transactions, including platform companies, add‐ons, divestitures, private portfolio company exits and bond and initial public offerings. Art received a Bachelor of Management degree from the University of Lethbridge and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen’s University.
