Colleen Rodriguez is the Vice President of Finance at LNC Partners. She has been working in Private Equity and Venture Capital since 2007. Her primary responsibilities at LNC include leading the financial operations for each of its funds, working closely with LNC’s investors, lenders, regulators, and outside service providers. Prior to joining LNC in 2021, Ms. Rodriguez was a Senior Accounting Manager at ACON Investments, a middle-market private equity investment firm, where she managed the accounting operations of the firm’s corporate finance and private equity funds. Ms. Rodriguez began her career at SEAF, a global impact private equity investment group, where she managed day-to-day accounting activities and financial reporting of international private equity funds, operating companies, and government grants.
