Charlotte Castronovo is the Associate Director of Business Development at LNC Partners. She actively supports the firm’s investment sourcing activities, develops relationships with transaction intermediaries, and manages the firm’s marketing strategy. Prior to joining LNC in 2022, Ms. Castronovo was an Associate of investor relations at Lexington Partners where she was primarily engaged in secondary fund performance analytics and tracking. Prior to Lexington Partners, Ms. Castronovo began her career as an Analyst in Valuation Advisory Services at Duff & Phelps.
