Will is a Principal of Lincoln Hill Holdings, LLC. Prior to joining Lincoln Hill, Will was a Vice President at Grey Mountain Partners, an operationally-focused middle market private equity firm with over $750 mm assets under management. Prior to Grey Mountain Partners he worked at Oppenheimer & Co. and Barrington Associates as an investment banking analyst. During his time at Grey Mountain Partners, Will led investment thesis development, due diligence, and transaction execution processes of four platform investments and five add-on acquisitions involving over $200 million of invested capital. Will also worked closely with the management teams of each investment to develop and execute strategies to create long-term enterprise value by growing sales, EBITDA, and customer satisfaction. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he graduated with Distinction.
