Ugo Ferrante is a Vice President, Portfolio Operations, of KPS Capital Partners. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of private equity funds with approximately $11.4 billion of assets under management (as of March 31, 2020) focused on making controlling equity investments in manufacturing and industrial companies across a diverse array of industries, including basic materials, branded consumer, healthcare and luxury products, automotive parts, capital equipment and general manufacturing. Prior to joining KPS, Mr. Ferrante was a Senior Director, Private Equity Services at Alvarez and Marsal. Prior to Alvarez and Marsal, Mr. Ferrante held several positions of Global IT Leadership and as a consultant focused in carve-outs / acquisitions as the interim Chief Information Officer. Mr. Ferrante has a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Montreal.
