Yujuan is an Operating Director at Keensight, dedicated to Asian market. Chinese native, Yujuan LIU spent 7 years in Sino French fund Cathay Capital as a member of investment team. During that period, she carried out several majority and minority investments and followed up numerous portfolio companies in their Chinese development. After that Yujuan founded YAK!, supplying advisory for French companies in their M&A transactions and business developments in China. Yujuan holds a Master degree of Corporate Finance from Université Paris Dauphine.
