Mr. Windholz brings over 16 years of risk management and finance experience in upstream oil and gas and the merchant energy sector. Prior to forming Jumar, Mr. Windholz was Managing Director and CFO at Atinum Energy Investments, LLC, a large, private Korean energy investment fund with approximately $1.5 billion in upstream energy investments. Previously, Mr. Windholz was a Director for Akeida Capital Management where he was responsible for managing Akeida’s direct energy investments. Mr. Windholz began his career at El Paso Corporation, where he worked in the merchant energy division, responsible for deal structuring, valuation and risk management. Mr. Windholz has a BBA in Finance with Honors from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a CFA Charterholder. Mr. Windholz currently serves on the regional board of HOPE International.
