Bryan is a seasoned, 25-year energy executive with deep experience in investing in, managing and improving energy companies. Bryan was a partner at Bluescape Energy Partners (Jumar sponsor) where he invested in and managed the fund’s portfolio companies. Prior to Bluescape, Fisher was Executive Vice President of Business Development and Analytics at EquiPower Resources. EquiPower sold to Dynegy in 2015 for $3.5B, representing a milestone transaction for the industry. Bryan was formerly a Principal at McKinsey & Company, focusing on Oil and Gas and other Energy sectors over his 16 year tenure. Fisher led over $30B of M&A transactions and restructurings focused on the E&P and electric power sectors. Prior to McKinsey, Fisher worked in the energy group at Price Waterhouse, where he led asset restructurings and several IPOs. Fisher earned a bachelor in business administration from the University of Texas, graduating with honors, and a master of business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating with highest honors. He was named a Booth Distinguished Alumni in 2017.
