Carolyn joined Infracapital in 2010 and is responsible for investor relations and fundraising efforts. She is the Responsible Investment Manager overseeing the teams commitment to ESGPrior to joining Infracapital, Carolyn was at Goldman Sachs (New Zealand) having spent her career in investment banking. Carolyn has a broad range of experience across client coverage, advisory and transaction execution. In addition to investor relations engagements, she also worked on a large number of transactions across both M&A advisory and capital markets processes across a wide range of industries.Carolyn holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oxford and a BCom (First Class Honours) in Finance and Economics from the University of Auckland. She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is authorised to undertake investment activities by M&G under the Certification Regime.
