Bio

Tom is an Investment Director sourcing and executing majority and minority investments, with an emphasis on business services and TMT sectors. Since joining Inflexion in 2016, Tom has taken an active role with Ocorian, Alcumus and Glide, where he works closely with management teams to help achieve their growth ambitions. More recently he was involved in our buyout of Chambers and Partners and co-led Inflexion’s investment in Peach (formerly Group IMD). After working in corporate finance for Deloitte, Tom led the corporate development team of Cinven-backed CPA Global, with responsibility for bolt-on acquisitions and strategy, and led the acquisitions of multiple software and B2B services organisations in both North America and Europe. He began his career in consulting and has worked in Europe, North and South America and Asia. Tom is a keen sportsman and particularly enjoys rugby and cricket. He’s also an enthusiastic – if not accomplished – skier. He holds a BSc honors degree in Economics from Cardiff University.
