David has spent over 39 years in the specialty chemicals and coatings segments. As former CEO of Valentus Specialty Chemicals & President of Quest Automotive Products, he was responsible for significant growth and professionalization of both businesses. David has a proven track record in strategy development, acquisition & integration, commercial development, new product innovations and cultural change. David has prior experience with companies such as Brudner Polymer Corp., Valspar, PPG, Quest Specialty Chemicals, Valentus Specialty Chemicals and Sherwin Williams. He founded Headwater Advisors, LLC in 2021 to utilize his vast experiences to help good companies get to the next level. B.S. in Chemistry from Baldwin Wallace University; M.B.A. from Walsh College and C.E.P.A. from Exit Planning Institute.
