Bio

Mr. Cheng is the Managing Director responsible for Hony’s consumer investments. Since his joining in 2006, Mr. Cheng has been focusing on building up of Hony’s consumer investment strategy and dedicated team. Mr. Cheng has led or been involved in Hony’s investments in Happigo, Suning.com, Li & Fung, Better Sun Education, Perfect Diary, Huohua Education, and Fenbi Education. Before joining Hony, Mr. Cheng was a Management Trainee of Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking. Mr. Cheng received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University (China) and an M.A. from Peking University. Mr. Cheng currently serves on the boards of Better Sun Education and Li & Fung.
