As General Counsel, Dr. Vu handles all legal matters relating to the Hohnhaus & Jansenberger Group and is particularly responsible for supporting and implementing transactions for the strategic expansion of the group and for investment management. dr Vu has practiced law and practiced corporate law and M&A at Clifford Chance, Eversheds and Watson Farley & Williams.
