Bio

Mr. Stokka has been an investment professional with HitecVision since 2001. He joined HitecVision from the position of Corporate Advisor in Marine Shuttle Operations, an oil service technology company, where he worked for three years. Prior to that, he spent several years practicing law in law firms Schjødt and Langangen & Engesæth. Mr. Stokka has mainly worked on financial and legal assignments within corporate finance, IPOs, project development and contracts. Mr. Stokka is a qualified lawyer and holds an MSc in Business from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
