Andrew is a Partner and the General Counsel at Hg. Andrew specialises in international M&A and plays a central role in most Hg transactions. Andrew has overall responsibility for the firm’s legal efforts and, from time to time, he will sit as a director on the board of some of our portfolio companies. Andrew holds an honours law degree and a diploma in legal practice from The University of Edinburgh. He is qualified in English, Scots and New Zealand law.
