Emily Ren joined HarbourVest in 2016 and focuses on analyzing, structuring, and monitoring secondary private equity opportunities, including traditional and complex transactions. Emily joined the Firm from RBC Capital Markets, where she spent two years as an investment banking analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group focusing on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and dividend recapitalizations. Emily received a Bachelor of Commerce (with first class honors) in Investment Management from McGill University in 2014.
