Since beginning his real estate career in 2005, Wells has consistently delivered outstanding results for an array of institutional clients by successfully negotiating over 3.5 million square feet of office leases with a total value of over $600 million. He is a board member of NAIOP and sits on the advisory committees for CoStar and Xcellgent. Wells was awarded the “Developing Leader Award” in 2011 and received the distinguished “Broker of the Year” award in 2015.
