Brian Devening has two decades of business development experience leading startups; including raising over $80 million in equity funding as well as co-founding successful digital signage company Reflect Systems, Inc. Since Founding Laurus Partners, LLC, Brian has applied his entrepreneurial and capital raising experience along with his network of global corporate relationships to assist several early stage and mid-market companies in capital formation and M & A in the areas of hardware, software, automotive, and alternative energy. Mr. Devening has an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin specializing in Finance and Entrepreneurship. From 1991 to 1994, Brian competed professionally around the world as a member of the United States Professional Tennis Association.
