William Chung, Managing Director of H&QAP, joined the Firm in 2017 and is responsible for investments and portfolio management in biotech and healthcare related industries. William Chung has involved in Senhwa Bioscience, Taiwan Liposome Company (TLC), Portola (PTLA), TaiMed Biologics, Mycenax Biotech Inc, PharmaEssentia Corporation and Synermore Biologics Co., Ltd etc. Prior to joining H&QAP, William Chung was vice president of CIDC Consultants Ltd and deputy manager of Industrial Bank of Taiwan Group in Taipei, Taiwan. He received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in agriculture at National Taiwan University; PhD candidate in pathology at University of Cambridge and in biological science at Imperial College respectively and also holds a master of laws in law at SooChow University, Taiwan.
