Bio

Anna May joined GTCR in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer and is currently a Managing Director of the firm. She was previously a Partner in the Transaction Advisory Services group at Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young, Anna May was involved in more than 100 transactions in multiple sectors, including transaction processing, IT services, healthcare and education. She holds a BS in accounting from Goldey Beacom College and is a CPA.
