Tim is a Managing Director within Gryphon’s Operations Resources Group. In this role, he works with Gryphon portfolio companies to improve and systematize their financial planning and analysis to drive greater accuracy in their forecasting abilities. Prior to joining the Operations Resources Group, Tim was a member of Gryphon’s Business Services Group where he analyzed, executed, and monitored investments in HEPACO, Intelligrated, JENSEN HUGHES, Nursefinders, Orchid Underwriters, Shermco Industries, Trinity Consultants, Update Legal, and Wind River Environmental, among others.
