Amanda is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, executing, and monitoring investments in Gryphon’s Heritage Fund Team. Prior to this role, she was a Principal in Gryphon’s Business Services Team where she worked with companies including HEPACO, a leading provider of emergency response, environmental remediation, and other industrial services, and Shermco Industries, a provider of testing, maintenance, and repair services for electrical infrastructure.
