Bio

Dave is a Managing Director at Graycliff Partners. Previously, he served as Head of Private Equity North America at HSBC Capital. Dave joined HSBC Capital (Canada) in 1994 and became chief executive officer in 1995. Before joining HSBC, he was a vice president with the Investment Banking Group of Citibank Canada. He started in the investment arm of Manulife Financial, later moving to corporate finance at Pemberton Securities. Dave is on the board of directors of various public and private companies as well as several philanthropic societies. He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
