William joined Graham Partners in 2008. William, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major aspects of Graham Partners’ investment process, including investment sourcing, structuring, and exiting, as well as working closely with portfolio companies to build lasting value. William has primary oversight for ABX and is closely involved with Graham Partners’ investment in HB&G. He also has coverage responsibility for the advanced building materials and power management industry sectors. His past and present board directorships include Abrisa, ABX, Chelsea, Comar, Creative Mines, HB&G, Henry, SP Industries, and Supreme Corq. Prior to joining Graham, William worked for UBS Securities in its Mergers and Acquisitions Group. William earned his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University. Originally from South Carolina, William enjoys spending time with his family and golfing when not working.
