Bio

Dennis joined Graham Partners in 2014. At Graham, Dennis sources and evaluates new investment opportunities and also provides ongoing support and oversight for a number of Graham Partners’ current portfolio companies. Dennis is closely involved with Graham Partners’ investments in Acme, Desser, DTI, and EasyPak. His past and present board directorships include Acme, Desser, DTI, EasyPak, Tidel, and Universal Pure. Prior to joining Graham Partners, Dennis worked for Newstone Capital Partners. Previous to Newstone Capital Partners, he worked for Lehman Brothers in its Investment Banking Division. Dennis earned his B.A. in English with a concentration in Information Science from Cornell University, and his M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he graduated as an Edward Tuck Scholar. As a graduate student, Dennis participated in the Graham Partners M.B.A. internship program. Originally from Florida, Dennis enjoys spending time with his wife and four children when not working.
