Bio

Andrew joined Graham Partners in 2007. Andrew, along with the other Managing Principals, shares responsibility for all major aspects of Graham Partners’ investment process, including investment sourcing, structuring, and exiting, as well as working closely with portfolio companies to build lasting value. Additionally, he oversees the firm’s industry sector research to identify new investment niches of interest. He also serves on Graham Partners’ Investment Committee. Andrew has primary oversight responsibility for Mercer and Universal and is closely involved with Graham Partners’ investment in BrightPet. He also has coverage responsibility for the consumer / food technology industry sector. His past and present board directorships include Abrisa, B+B, BrightPet, Eberle, Mercer, TransAxle, and Universal. Prior to joining Graham Partners, Andrew worked for Concert Capital Partners and for Adams Harkness, Inc. Andrew earned his B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College, and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. A native of the Philadelphia area, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys, and playing soccer and squash when not working. While at Amherst College, Andrew was on the varsity squash and lacrosse teams.
