Adam Grove initially started with Graham in 2015 as an Associate on Graham Partners’ investment team, sourcing new investments and performing extensive business, financial, and industry due diligence in connection with leveraged buyouts of new platform companies and add-on acquisitions for the Graham Partners funds. Adam subsequently transitioned to Graham Capital where he has been serving as Director of Strategic Operations Initiatives. In this role, Adam provides strategic and operational leadership for several operating businesses that are members of The Graham Group, including Graham Engineering, Graham Architectural Products and Continental Glass Systems. In addition to this operational role, Adam is involved in monitoring The Graham Group’s investment portfolio and evaluating new investment opportunities across multiple asset classes. More recently, starting in 2020, Adam has also begun serving as a Graham Partners Operating Partner where he is currently focusing his time supporting the buildout of a standard operating system that encompasses all of Graham Partners’ key value creation activities from deal close to exit. In this capacity, Adam is responsible for the mapping and validation of standard work and value creation processes to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, quality output, and uniformity of performance across Graham Partners’ portfolio of companies. Prior to his tenure with Graham, Adam spent thirteen years in the United States Navy as a Navy SEAL, serving his final eight years with the Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU). For his service, Adam was awarded numerous recognitions, including six commendation medals with the “V” device, distinguishing for valor in combat. After military service with the United States Navy Seals, Adam participated in the Graham Partners internship program while pursuing a B.S. degree at Drexel University and an M.B.A at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. Originally from York, PA, Adam enjoys golfing, skiing, mountain climbing, and spending time with his niece and nephews. Adam currently serves on the Board of Directors of the York County YMCA.
