Bio

Mr. Dugan joined Golub Capital in 2018 and is a Managing Director on the Direct Lending team. He is responsible for underwriting, executing and monitoring investments for the Firm. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Mr. Dugan was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance group at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., where he originated, structured and executed high yield and leveraged loan transactions for both corporate and sponsor clients. Prior to this position, he worked at Barclays as a Vice President on the Leveraged Finance Investment Banking team. Prior to that, Mr. Dugan held positions at both Wachovia Securities and Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., where he originated and executed structured product transactions including asset backed securities. Mr. Dugan earned his BS degree in Analytical Finance from the Calloway School of Business and Accountancy at Wake Forest University. He received an MBA, with distinction, from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
