Bio

Ms. Lin joined Golub Capital in 2015 and is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Golub Capital Credit Opportunities. Prior to joining Golub Capital, Ms. Lin worked at The Carlyle Group, where she originated, structured and executed middle market private equity and leveraged finance transactions. Prior to that, she was at Churchill Financial and Antares Capital Corporation/GE Asset Management, where she executed new middle market deals, managed transaction teams and structured and executed complex corporate recoveries and turnaround strategies for highly distressed portfolio investments. Ms. Lin earned her BS degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. She received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
