Chad joined Goldner Hawn in 2013. He is actively involved in all of the firm’s activities including: capital raising, leading or co-leading investments, serving on the board of directors of portfolio companies and working closely with management teams. Prior to Goldner Hawn, Chad worked with Medtronic, Inc. in the Corporate Development group, and prior to that he worked as a corporate lawyer with Sidley Austin in Chicago. Chad is a graduate of Marquette University (B.A.) and the University of Pennsylvania (J.D.), and he is also a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. Notable past investments include: Universal Turbine Parts. Current portfolio investments include: Armor Animal Health, and Matrix Adhesives Group.
